The Art of a Thousand Artists is a huge collaboration that is currently open to all members of the deviantART community. If successful, the project will be extended to non-dA members.
The goal is to create a huge artwork composed of small art from at least a thousand artists.
Everyone who participates in this collaboration will be credited for their contribution.
Interested? Here's what you need to know:
The intended final project will be a huge white background with black artwork scribbled all over it.
iAmAneleBiscarra will be in charge of putting your artwork together, so you simply have to submit your entry, and it will be digitally incorporated into the huge picture.*
Entries should be a black image over a white background.
To avoid problems with the clash of colors from different artists' preferences, it would be practical to limit the entries to black and white.*
Preferably, entries can be fit into a square or circle.
Submissions that are too long horizontally or vertically might not be easy to fit with the other pieces. There is no sepcfic size requirement, your art will be resized so that it is neither too big nor too small in proportion to the other artworks.
Any medium can be used.
Both digital art and traditional art are accepted. Literature is accepted too, as long as the text is kept short, and can roughly fit in a square or circle shape.
There is no skill level required.
A stick person sketch will be valued as much as a detailed drawing.

What will you draw?
You will draw you.
The theme roughly revolves around self-portraits, since everyone can draw something about themselves. Take note, though, that the entry need not be a person, it could be any representation of you, such as a symbolic object, a logo, or even abstract art.
Keep your entry appropriate for all.
The collaborative work will be open to all artists, and will be viewed by all kinds of artists too. Please do not include offensive or adult content.
How will the entries be submitted?
Simply join this group: CollabCollector (joining is automatically approved) and submit your entry (subject to approval).
